New NYC Construction Worker Safety Training Requirements

In this webinar we will be talking about the recently amended NYC Building Code Section 3321 that mandates requirements for Site Safety Training (SST) for NYC construction workers.

On March 1, 2018, each permit holder at a building site for which a super, site safety manager, or site safety coordinator is required shall be responsible for ensuring that each construction or demolition worker employed or engaged at the site has successfully completed the required OSHA classes.
