Kelly Ortiz
ESTIMATING MANAGER, MCCARTHY BUILDING COMPANIES
Kelly Ortiz is the Estimating Manager at McCarthy Building Companies. In his role as a lead estimator, Kelly specializes in conceptual estimating and project cost review. Kelly received his Civil Engineering degree from San Diego State University and has worked on notable projects including SFSU – Creative Arts Building, Genentech B40, SJSU Interdisciplinary Science Building and Kaiser Dublin MOB to name a few.
Martin Leik
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SAFETY, SUFFOLK
Grew up in Michigan, started working for Bovis Lend Lease in Chicago in 2004 after completing my graduate degree at Indiana University. Worked on various large projects for Bovis including Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago, World Trade Center Memorial, BP BrightLights, 111 W. Wacker Drive and various other projects. Moved to New England in 2014 with Lend Lease to work on project for Bristol Meyers Squibb. Started with Suffolk in 2015 as Sr. Safety Manager, started role as Regional Director in late 2015. Currently managing approximately 28 projects with a value of over $3 Billion in total project values.
Matthew Redman
OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT, DEL AMO CONSTRUCTION, INC.
Manages the development of business systems and processes to improve company operating efficiency. In charge of the research, development, and implementation of business systems & processes. Responsible for the training of all new employees and continued education of existing employees. Manage the collection, reporting, and analytics of company wide data to provide insights into business operations and efficiency.
